Content: All and any content generated by or contained on the Website, including, without limitation, tips, recommendations and other information.
The Service, Products, Content and any conversations with representatives of Post-Op Provisions, are provided to support surgical recovery and post-operative care – they do not replace the directions and advice from a doctor or healthcare team. The Service may be used to support surgical recovery – the Service is not a substitute for medical advice from a doctor or other healthcare provider. Please call or see a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns about surgical recovery or other healthcare matter.
Post-Op Provisions does not provide medical treatment. Therefore, we do not collect, disclose, or claim to protect any Personal Health Information (PHI). Post-Op Provisions does not disclose customer information to any third parties other than those required to do business (PayPal, Shopify, etc.). The collection of products for sale by Post-Op Provisions has been designed to help following a multitude of procedures and we do not believe that the type of procedure, identity of patient, or timing of surgery is discoverable through the information we collect to process sales.
Post-Op Provisions utilizes industry standard security measures to protect customer identifying and payment-related data. We do not guarantee any information submitted to us is secure beyond these measures. By using our site you agree that any information disclosed to us is not PHI and therefore not subject to HIPAA protection.
Product Warranties and Disclaimers
Post-Op Provisions provides Products manufactured by a variety of manufacturers, under such manufacturers’ respective trademarks and subject to their respective product warranties and disclaimers. Post-Op Provisions does not provide any product warranties in addition to any product warranties provided by the applicable product manufacturers. Post-Op Provisions, and its officers, directors, employees, successors, agents, and affiliates (collectively the “Post-Op Parties”) disclaim any and all warranties relating to the Products, whether express or implied including, without limitation, any warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT POST-OP PROVISIONS IS NOT A MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS AND THAT POST-OP PROVISIONS HAS MADE NO REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCTS OR THEIR PERFORMANCE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE POST-OP PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF ANY OF THE PRODUCTS.
Limitation or Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Post-Op Parties be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from, relating to, or in any way connected with the Products, Service or Content, including, without limitation, damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Service, Products or Content, for breach of information including, without limitation, personal information you provided to Post-Op Provisions or submitted on the Website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Post-Op Provisions is aware or has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
IN NO EVENT WILL TOTAL LIABILITY OF POST-OP PROVISIONS OR ANY OF THE POST-OP PARTIES UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE SERVICE, PRODUCTS OR CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EXCEED THE DOLLAR AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
Sales and Use Tax Policy

We use USPS or UPS to deliver our packages, choosing the carrier based on speed and cost effectiveness. USPS can send packages to PO Boxes. Unfortunately, once a package has been sent, it cannot be re-routed. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by Post-Op Provisions. Delivery times may vary by destination, and inclement weather. We will provide tracking information if available.
Standard shipping is included for orders over $60. Express shipping either through USPS or UPS is available for an additional charge. Post-Op Provisions does not operate on weekends or government holidays. Please plan your order accordingly.
Inclement weather/hurricanes and snow storms can delay delivery.
Hospital Deliveries and Notifications. We do not deliver to hospitals. Our Service is designed to assist with recovery at home. If you order a gift for a patient while the patient is in the hospital, we can send an email describing the gift and the estimated delivery date to the patient to give them something (else) to look forward to upon returning home. Please indicate your gift messaging preferences in your product order.
Delivery Addresses. You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address. We take no responsibility for the cost of replacement gifts or additional shipping charges as a result of incorrect addresses. If a gift is returned due to an address problem that is our fault, we apologize and we will re-pack and re-send the gift ASAP.
Returns. Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed garments. Unopened, complete packages will be accepted for return in the event of procedure cancellation, rescheduling or change in procedure, or duplication of gift. For any package that has been opened, only garments that are unused and unwashed may be retuned, within 30 days of purchase. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether we have approved or rejected your requested refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 11407 Creekridge Drive Eden Prairie, Minnesota, US 55347.
Gifts. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return Shipping. To return an item, please send your item to: 11407 Creekridge Drive Eden Prairie, Minnesota, US 55347. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance; we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your privacy is important to us. When you purchase something from our Website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our Website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing. With your permission, we may send you emails about our Website, new Products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a sale, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it solely for that purpose. WooCommerce. Our online shopping platform is provided by WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce tools that allow us to sell our Products and Services to you. Your data is stored through a WooCommerce plug-in installed our site.
Payment. Post-Op Provisions uses BrainTree as its payment gateway.

Links. When you click on links on our Website, they may direct you away from our Website. We are not responsible for the legal term or privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their legal terms and privacy statements.
Security. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry standard practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
